Today, the upcoming months Lego calendar was revealed and introduced some new in store activities and promotions. From August 1-14, Lego will be including a box of plants made from plant based materials with orders of $35 or more. From August 1-12, Lego will also include a Unikitty Castle Room with any Unikitty purchase above $25. Throughout the entire month, Lego will be doing double VIP points on the Hogwarts Express (75953) and Newt's Case of Magical Creatures (75952). The calendar also shows that VIP's will get early access to an upcoming set from August 15-31. There is no word yet to what this will be but my guess is on the upcoming micro-scale Hogwarts Castle.
The upcoming month is full of great promotions and fun activities. Let us know your thoughts on what is to come in August in the comments section below!

Lego James Bond Aston Martin (10262): Rumor vs. Fact
For weeks now, there have been teasers released on Lego's social media accounts for the upcoming Aston Martin set. Sometimes it is different to separate rumor from fact on upcoming sets, so we'll do it for you.
Facts:
- There is a James Bond Aston Martin Lego set numbered 10262
- It will be available for VIP early access and in the Leicester Square Lego store starting on July 18th at 10:07 AM.
- This means it will become more widely available starting August 1st.
Rumors:
- The Aston Martin will be a Creator Expert car: this seems very likely. It is the right time of year for the release of the next Creator Expert car and the set was listed with the other Creator Expert vehicles here.
- The Aston Martin will be a Technic set: This seems like an unlikely choice. There probably will not be another large Technic car for at least a year after the recent release of the Bugatti Chiron.
- The Aston Martin will be a Speed Champions set: This is possible, as it would allow for the inclusion of a James Bond minifigure which would be very desirable to many.
- The Aston Martin will be a DB5: This rumor also seems fairly reliable. Most of the quotes from the teasers have been from classic Bond movies and not the more recent ones.
- The Aston Martin will be a DBS or DB11: This could be possible: the silhouette in this image seems to match a more modern car.
Only time will tell which of these rumors are true. Let us know what you think of this information in the comments!
Edit: Now we know which of the rumors were true.

Lego Ideas Voltron - Defender of the Universe (21311) Images Revealed!
After months of no word on the project, the finished version of Voltron has been officially revealed. The set includes 2,321 pieces for $179.99 and will be released on August 1st. VIP early access begins a week early on July 23rd.
The set looks very impressive and its resemblance to the source material is astounding. The most impressive feature of the set is not simply its accuracy, but that it is able to split into the five individual lion mechs and still look just like the original. Another thing to note is that each of the lions look great on their own.

So after a ton of rumors and details revealed for the upcoming D2C Hogwarts Castle, we now have confirmation that it will actually be a micro scale Hogwarts Castle. This actually disappointed me because it would not be compatible with regular figures which is saddening. So from some information on Stone Wars, we now have a pretty good estimation on what to expect from the set. Here is what we know below:
1) The set will consist of around 6000 or so pieces which means the estimated price will be near $500. This also means that it will be the second largest set ever.
2) The set will consist of 30 or so micro minifigures
3) In addition, the set will also include 4 regular size minifigures which will be the 4 founders of Hogwarts:
- Godric Gryffindor
- Helga Hufflepuff
- Salazar Slytherin
- Rowena Ravenclaw
4) The boxed set will weigh 7.36 kg and the box dimensions will be 60 x 51.4 x 20 cm.
This is all the information revealed and if it is true, we will get one truly awesome spectacle to behold! Let us know your thoughts and comments on these new details in the comments section below!
