Lego James Bond Aston Martin (10262): Rumor vs. Fact

For weeks now, there have been teasers released on Lego's social media accounts for the upcoming Aston Martin set.  Sometimes it is different to separate rumor from fact on upcoming sets, so we'll do it for you.

Facts:

• There is a James Bond Aston Martin Lego set numbered 10262
• It will be available for VIP early access and in the Leicester Square Lego store starting on July 18th at 10:07 AM.
• This means it will become more widely available starting August 1st.

Rumors:

• The Aston Martin will be a Creator Expert car:  this seems very likely.  It is the right time of year for the release of the next Creator Expert car and the set was listed with the other Creator Expert vehicles here.
• The Aston Martin will be a Technic set:  This seems like an unlikely choice.  There probably will not be another large Technic car for at least a year after the recent release of the Bugatti Chiron.
• The Aston Martin will be a Speed Champions set:  This is possible, as it would allow for the inclusion of a James Bond minifigure which would be very desirable to many.
• The Aston Martin will be a DB5:  This rumor also seems fairly reliable.  Most of the quotes from the teasers have been from classic Bond movies and not the more recent ones.
• The Aston Martin will be a DBS or DB11:  This could be possible:  the silhouette in this image seems to match a more modern car.
