Lego Star Wars Betrayal at Cloud City (75222) Set Images Revealed!

Today, Lego unveiled their upcoming set; Betrayal at Cloud City. This will be the first set of a new line of Master Builder Star Wars sets. The set is 2,812 pieces and will contain 18 minifigures. Retail for this set is $349.99 and it will be available starting October 1st, but most likely sooner for VIP members. The set will also feature many iconic scenes throughout the giant brick built Bespin and will also include a mini Slave 1 and a cloud car.

Honestly, I think Lego did a good job in executing this set and it will definitely be one for most Lego Collectors! Be sure to let us know your thoughts of the upcoming Cloud City set in the comments section below!

Lego Star Wars UCS Cloud CIty (75222) Set Confirmed Further!

So after the recent post about the leaked Lando and Boba Fett minifigures that were possibly tied to the rumored Cloud City, we now have basically official confirmation that its is a real set! Yesterday, an image of a Star Wars minifigure was leaked and it was of the Cloud Car pilot. Also, Lego has put up an image of the UCS Falcon with Bespin in the background. Although this may mean nothing, it could also be a little teaser by Lego as well.

Lego Star Wars August 2018 Set List Possibly Confirmed!

After a long wait, we know have a possibly completely credible set list for the upcoming August wave of Star Wars sets. There will be twelve sets in the wave  including one that will be released in October.  Two of the sets are still maybes. Since we now have a set list though, we should be getting images of the sets soon. The largest of the sets will be $139.99, but if the Cloud City set is %100 certain, it will be around $399.99.

      1) Small Hoth Playset (75203) - $19.99; 225 pieces

      2) Anakin's Jedi Starfighter (75214) - $19.99 or $29.99; 247 pieces

      3) Nemesis Gang Chariot (75215) - $29.99; 355 pieces

      4) Snoke's Throne Room (75216) - $69.99; 492 pieces

      5) Chimera (75217) - $89.99; 622 pieces

      6) X-Wing Starfighter (75218) - $79.99; 731 pieces

      7) Gorgon (75219) - $99.99; 829 pieces

      8) Sandcrawler (75220) - $139.99; 1239 pieces

      9) Tie Interceptor (75221) - $89.99; unknown piece count

For October we have the following:

      10) Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar (75213) - $39.99; 307 pieces

The possible sets that are still in debate are the following:

      11) UCS Cloud City (75222) - Around $399.99; unknown piece count

      12) Buildable Porg (75230) - $69.99; unknown piece count

My personal opinion for these sets is high. After researching some that I didn't know, I found them to be quite interesting. The Nemesis Gang Chariot is from the new Solo movie which means we may be getting the new villain character in Lego. Also, the Chimera and Gorgon are Star Destroyers which means we may be getting 2 new small star destroyers! Remember, some of these may not be real so take it with as much credibility as you desire. Lego Star Wars UCS Cloud City (75222) Set Confirmed!

The long-awaited UCS Cloud City set has been seemingly confirmed by this image of a Lando Minifigure.  He is clearly wearing the outfit we see in The Empire Strikes Back. The set will be quite large, running in at around $500 dollars or somewhere in that vicinity. We also now have a confirmed set number which is 75222 which is also a really good indication that it is a set.

Update*

So we now have a possible leaked image of the upcoming Boba Fett that comes in Cloud City too. This one was leaked a while ago and most people speculated it to be in the Solo sets, but now we know what it goes to. This Boba Fett actually includes a dual molded arm which is so cool and also a new face print as well. This leak adds even more confirmation for the Cloud City set which is fantastic!

Our sources also say that a Slave I and Cloud Car will be included in the set.  It seems as though this will be a playset similar to the 75159 Death Star, and not a display piece.
