Lego Ideas Voltron - Defender of the Universe (21311) Images Revealed!

After months of no word on the project, the finished version of Voltron has been officially revealed.  The set includes 2,321 pieces for $179.99 and will be released on August 1st.  VIP early access begins a week early on July 23rd.

The set looks very impressive and its resemblance to the source material is astounding.  The most impressive feature of the set is not simply its accuracy, but that it is able to split into the five individual lion mechs and still look just like the original.  Another thing to note is that each of the lions look great on their own.

Lego Ideas Stitch Achieves 10,000 Supporters!

After almost a year now, Stitch has been wonderful entry on Lego Ideas. Now, this idea has the chance to be a real Lego set since ti hit 10,000 supporters last night. Created by Tyler, this Stitch replica is fantastic. He stands 7 inches tall and also has 13 points of articulation which is great.

I have been wanting this to reach 10K supporters for a while now and now this will have the chance to make it into stores. So far, Stitch has three competitors int he upcoming review stage: Embraer A-29 Super Tucano, SR-71A The Final Flight, and the Treehouse. Lego Ideas Tron Legacy Cycle to become next Ideas Set

Today, Lego announced their next Lego ideas set to be the Tron Legacy Cycle. This was the last Lego Ideas Review for 2017 and I believe that the Tron Cycle will be a hit set when it comes to stores in 2018. Out of 11 entries under review, this was the best choice and I can't wait to see what Lego does to critic it.
