Moc Monday: The Bellonatus

Featured today for Moc Monday, we have another fantastic build by Mark of Falworth! His flagship, Bellonatus, of the Vermillion Empire soars high in the sky, ready to protect the kingdom. A detail that truly was exquisite on this build was the gold detailing on the front of the ship. His use of bionicle pieces and others was truly amazing!

Lego Star Wars UCS Porg (75230) Set Images and Details

We posted images of the large-scale Porg set previously, but new, higher quality images have appeared since then, showing not only the set, but the box art as well.  The set is comprised of 811 pieces and will likely cost roughly $80 when it is released in early October.

Lego Architecture Las Vegas (21047) Revealed

The Las Vegas Skyline set has now arrived after its redesign.  The part count and price areunknown, although details should be made available soon.  The set will be released in late August or early September.

Lego Harry Potter D2C Hogwarts Castle (71043) Images Revealed!

Today, Images surfaced of the upcoming D2C Micro Scale Hogwarts Castle! The set is massive and includes 6020 pieces making it the second largest Lego set ever! The set will also include a large amount of micro figures and also the 4 founders of Hogwarts in standard minifigure size. What is also cool is Legos addition of several of the larger creatures on the set as well like the Basalisk and the Hungarian Horntail dragon. The set will retail for $399.99 and will be available September 1st

Lego DC Comics Knightmare Batman Accessory Pack (853744) Image Revealed!

Well, after recent Ninjago Battle Packs, Lego has decided to do a DC one that includes a new exclusive Batman minifigure and 2 green Parademons. This set will include the 3 figures mentioned and also a little build as well. The set will include 47 pieces and will be released on Lego.com September 1st of this year. The retail for it will be $12.99.

Moc Monday: The Island of El Harraz

Today, for Moc Monday, we will be featuring a build from LittleJohn. This mythical land that He created is absolutely superb in both the techniques used to build and the styles of the buildings. Its as if you were transported to a land in the Middle East with the beautiful Persian like architecture.

Lego DC Aquaman: Black Manta Strike (76095) Set Images Revealed!

Today, images for an upcoming Aquaman set were revealed! The set will retail for $29.99 and will include 235 pieces. The set will also include 3 minifigures which include Aquaman, Mera, and Black Manta. The release date fro this set is August 1st.

Lego Creator James Bond Aston Martin DB5 (10262) Set Images Revealed!

Today, Lego officially unveiled their Creator Aston Martin for James Bond 007. The set will include 1295 pieces and will retail for $149.99. This seems really expensive though considering it doesn't come with any minifigures. Its official release date is August 1st, but early VIP access begins July 18th.

To me the set is quite fascinating and includes a lot of newer parts in different colors which builders will love. Be sure to let us know your thoughts on the Aston Martin in the comments section below!

Lego Marvel Superheroes Spider-Man Mech vs. Venom Mech (76115) Revealed

Another Marvel set was just revealed by Lego.  While its release date of December 1 seems odd, Spider-Man Mech vs. Venom Mech seems like a solid set.  It includes 604 pieces for $49.99 as well as Spider-Man, Ghost Spider, Aunt May, and Venom Minifigures.

Moc Monday: Grimlock

This week for Moc Monday, we will be featuring a Transformers build of Grimlock. The creator Nicola Stocchi did an absolutely fabulous job at the recreation and the fine details are achieved absolutely superbly! Even the shear size is unbelievable!

Lego Star Wars 2019 Set Rumors!

Some information just came out on possible upcoming 2019 Lego Star Wars sets and if they are real, we are in for an amazing year. The wave that is rumored contains 6 sets ranging from many different movies. Prices are not known since these are just rumors, but you can speculate them if you want.

1) Praetorian Guard Battle Pack (75226) - Includes 4 Praetorian Guards and a Elite Transport Speeder

2) 501st Clone Trooper Battle Pack (75227) - Includes Captain Rex, Fives, Jesse, and Hardcase. Also includes a blue AT-RT Walker.

3) Rebel Enforcer Battle Pack (75229) - Includes 2 Rebel Scout Troopers, Rebel Engineer, and a Rebel Pilot. Also includes a Combat Alliance Tank.

4) Mimban Escape (75233) - Includes Chewbacca, Val (Mimban disguise), and a Mudtrooper.

5) Ewok Tree Attack (75230) - Includes an Ewok, Han Solo, and a Scout Trooper.

6) The Raddus (75234) - Includes Princess Leia, Poe Dameron, Nien Numb, and a Resistance BB unit. This could also be the excape pod in the Last Jedi rumored a while ago.

Lego Star Wars Porg (75230) Set Images Revealed!

Today, more images for the build-able Porg were released! The images were also revealed with the price point and piece count. The price of the set is $69.99 and will contain 811 pieces. It also includes a plaque with info and and the figure scale-ish Porg. There is still no indication to its release though except this Fall sometime.

Lego The Lego Movie 2 Set Images Revealed!

Images of these sets for The Lego Movie 2 have been released.  Only images of three sets are available, but more should be on their way.

70827 - Ultrakitty & Warrior Lucy

This set includes Two minifigures and will sell for $29.99.  Surprisingly enough, Ultrakitty's face seems to be a printed 1x5 brick.

70829 - Emmet and Lucy's Escape Buggy

This set will retail for $49.99.  It includes four minifigures (or three if you don't count Metalbeard) and some interesting new plates for the heart and star.

70830 - Sweet Mayhem's Systar Starship

This set includes three figures and will be sold for $69.99.  It is also notable as the first set to ever include both minifigures and minidolls.

Lego SDCC Exclusive TLM2 Apocalypseburg Unikitty

The Lego Movie had an exclusive Unikitty figure at San Diego Comic-Con back in 2014, and it looks like The Lego Movie 2 will follow suit with this version of Unikitty.

One interesting feature of this figure is that it includes two different printed 1x3 bricks for Unikitty's face, but not a second body.  Therefore, two versions of Unikitty are included, but only one can be assembled at a time.

Moc Monday: R2-Bus2

There are some things that you just don't wake up in the morning expecting to see.  R2-D2 as a bus is certainly one of those things.  I'm not sure which is more odd about this model by Luc Byard, the concept, or the fact that it works so well.

Lego SDCC 2018 Exclusive Marvel Sheriff Deadpool Minifigure Revealed!

Today, Lego revealed their first SDCC exclusive minifigure and it will be, like last year, based on Deadpool. This time, instead of a duck, it will be Sheriff Deadpool. This fantastic figure will be a giveaway item and will be available starting July 21st for Some lucky attendees.

Lego SDCC Exclusive Ant-man and the Wasp (75997) Set Images

Lego always creates excliusve sets for San Diego Comic-Con.  This year's Marvel set will be Ant-man and the Wasp.

Like the DC and Star Wars exclusives, this set will feature an unusual style of packaging.

Lego Star Wars UCS Cloud CIty (75222) Set Confirmed Further!

So after the recent post about the leaked Lando and Boba Fett minifigures that were possibly tied to the rumored Cloud City, we now have basically official confirmation that its is a real set! Yesterday, an image of a Star Wars minifigure was leaked and it was of the Cloud Car pilot. Also, Lego has put up an image of the UCS Falcon with Bespin in the background. Although this may mean nothing, it could also be a little teaser by Lego as well.

Lego Creator James Bond Aston Martin (10262) Image Leaked!

Today an image of the DB5 Aston Martin was leaked! The set looks absolutely amazing from the image that was leaked and will definitely be a must get for most collectors. The set will be released August 1st, but VIP's will be able to get it early starting in July sometime. Price is still unconfirmed, bu rumors have it priced around $169.99.
